Grace Family Church Wedding Venue

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We look forward to sharing this exciting time with you. We are committed to helping you prepare not only for your special day but also your upcoming marriage.

As stated in the Bible and in accordance with Grace Family Church beliefs, weddings will take place between one man, born a man, and one woman, born a woman. For more information, please see the Grace Family Church bylaws.

To be married at Grace, or to reserve a venue for a wedding at Grace, either the bride or groom must be active attendees of Grace Family Church.

Wedding Specific Guidelines

  • Grace Family Church reserves the right to cancel or terminate any event before or during the event if the event is not conducted in accordance with Grace Family Church’s policies.
  • No date is reserved until received and approved by the Facilities Liaison. Upon approval, all questions and communications regarding the event will be directed to your Facilities Liaison.
  • Grace Family Church does not host events on the following weekends: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Grace Family Church reserves the right to block out other dates as necessary when church events are added to the calendar
  • Events must conclude by 10:00 P.M. A $300 fee will be charged for each additional hour the facility is occupied past the allotted time (see pricing for fees). This fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
  • Grace Family Church will not provide any of the following: tools, ladders, tape, pipe and drape, linens or table skirting.
  • The repair or replacement cost for any items missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any damage amount not covered by the deposit will be the responsibility of the renter.
  • Grace Family Church is not responsible for any injuries caused to anyone while on the property.
  • Grace Family Church is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please lock all of your valuables in your vehicle out of sight.
  • No one will be permitted to alter or move any of the existing items on the stage.
  • Decorations must be approved by the Facilities Liaison 30 days prior to the wedding. All candles must be dripless and enclosed in glass. If you have floating candles, water may only be at or below one inch from the top of the glass.
  • Sparklers and bubbles are allowed outside the buildings only. A waste receptacle must be provided for used sparklers. Items used for tossing such as rice, confetti, petals or like materials are not allowed on the premises.
  • Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted on the premises. Grace Family Church reserves the right to check bags, boxes or coolers that may contain such items.
  • All music that will be played must be submitted for approval to the Facilities Liaison 30 days prior to the event. All music must be delivered in form of a thumb drive.
  • All decorations, rentals and personal belongings must be set up and removed within the allotted time. Grace Family Church reserves the right to dispose of any item left past the allotted time for any reason.
  • All outside rentals and decorations must be delivered and removed on the day of the wedding and reception within the allotted time. All rented items must be set up and taken down by you or your vendor.
  • Grace Family Church ministry events have the highest priority of space and resources. Grace Family Church holds the right to relocate event to another area or cancel the event all together.
  • Christian guest ministers may perform weddings with prior approval from Grace Family Church. A meeting with one of our Care Pastors is required. Ministerial credentials must be submitted to the Facilities Liaison no later than 30 days prior to the wedding. Completion of premarital counseling is required.
  • Honorarium for a wedding pastor is $400. This includes a meeting with the pastor to plan the ceremony, rehearsal and officiating the day of the event. Completion of premarital counseling is required.

DISREGARDING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT
